London Refuse Collection - London's Premier Waste Collection Service

London Refuse is a large and organized operator and services provider in Westminster, Camden, City of London and other key London Boroughs.

How the service works

For London a majority of businesses in London will be used to using prepaid commercial waste schemes that operate by using prepaid waste bags, but for those who are not familiar, allow us to explain how the service operates in this area. London Refuse Collection has devised a scheme that allows businesses to have their waste collected every day, in a clean, simple, cost effective manner.

Step 1 - Purchase some bags

Businesses can purchase refuse bags and cardboard strips direct from London Refuse Collection. They are bought in multiples of 50 (for bags) and 100 (for cardboard strips) and are all 'licensed and stamped', indicating that you are using our service and complying with all the regulations and legislation required in the Central London area in order to leave your bags outside your business for collection. Businesses can use as many bags as they need each day depending upon how much waste is produced, businesses may need to use 50 a day or maybe just one a day.

Step 2 - Use the bags

Each time a bag is filled it is put outside your business on the pavement ready for either a morning or evening collection, depending which you choose to have (depending whether you have morning or evening cleaners and/or council enforced time bands). London Refuse Collection will then collect and dispose of all your waste - seven days a week where required quickly and efficiently.

In some areas, regardless of whether you use our service or the councils, time restrictions are applicable, which means that refuse can only be placed on the streets at a certain time. If your business has difficulties meeting these times then customers can use our "Customer Specific" collections where waste is taken from inside the premises.

Cost of the Service

The cost of the bags is fully inclusive - it is the only cost that the business pays for having a daily refuse collection. Delivery, collection and disposal are all included in one price so that businesses are able not only to monitor and control their costs for refuse collections but even save money in doing so! Savings of 20% or more are achieved when comparing costs with your local council.

It's easy to join the scheme, in fact you can be up and running within a day. Simply fill out a customer agreement form here and order some bags. As soon as you receive them, London Refuse will start collecting them - it's that easy!
